Es wird ein verhandlungsloses Vergabeverfahren mit Waters NUF für ein cIMS-DESI XS-System durchgeführt. Das System dient zur hochauflösenden Massenspektrometrie-Bildgebung (MSI) von Organoiden und NAM-Forschung, ermöglicht korrelative Analysen mit RAMAN-Spektroskopie ohne Probenzerstörung. Anforderungen: räumliche Auflösung 5-10 μm, geringe Probenzerstörung, hohe chemische Informations Tiefe. Technische Tests zeigen, dass nur DESI-basierte MSI diese Anforderungen erfüllt; MALDI erfordert Matrix, hat niedrigere Auflösung und ist nicht RAMAN-kompatibel. Marktanalysen bestätigen, dass nur Waters NUF ein passendes System liefern kann.
