Der Landkreis Kulmbach plant die Erweiterung und Aufstockung des C-Baus am Markgraf-Georg-Friedrich-Gymnasium. Der 1. BA umfasst eine Erweiterung auf kompletter Gebäudebreite (ca. 14 m) sowie ein neues Geschoss über dem 1. OG inkl. WC-Anlagen, vorzugsweise in Fertigbauweise. Die Heizungsdimensionierung muss das Gesamtgebäude berücksichtigen. Die Umsetzung erfolgt bei laufendem Schulbetrieb mit minimalen Beeinträchtigungen. Leistungsbeginn: Juni 2026, Baubeginn: Sept 2027. Lage im denkmalgeschützten Ensemble.
