Full blood bags for regional health authorities need for a national framework agreement.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a national framework agreement for the procurement of estimated 40,000 full blood bags for the regional health authorities (Helse Vest RHF, Helse Sør-Øst RHF, Helse Midt-Norway RHF and Helse Nord RHF). The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The maximum volume for the framework agreement is estimated volume + 20%. The four regional health authorities need to procure blood bags for full blood. The bags shall be able to be used on stand-by in hospitals and in municipalities. In addition it shall be possible to use them for medical tapping. Office support systems for the health companies in Norway, market dialogue.
Sykehusinnkjøp has been given the task of preparing a decision basis for a future competition for office support tools in the specialist health service. This is currently covered by M365 products from Microsoft. Based on this, a work group has been established that is managed by Sykehusinnkjøp where all the health regions participate. The work requires technical, legal, economic and organisational clarifications. The work shall give the health regions a comprehensive picture of the consequences, risks, costs and gains from any change of supplier, as well as form the basis for the further procurement strategy. Included in this is to look at whether other systems can be introduced in parts of the entities, for different levels or the type of users.
