Market dialogue - Climate survey Oslo municipality c/o The Climate Agency invites tenderers to a market dialogue. The aim of the dialogue is to get concrete input from the market and professional environments on the most important challenges we currently face in the climate survey and on the need for any adjustments. The climate survey annually maps the population and industry ́s knowledge, attitudes and behaviour connected to climate and climate measures. The survey has been carried out since 2017 and it is an important knowledge basis for communication, professional work and policy design. The survey is currently carried out as a quantitative survey, with the use of panel based data acquisition in the population part. Around 1,500 respondents are asked, via a web form by email. Population panels used throughout the ten years surveyed have been carried out, challenges connected to good enough representativeness in the younger age group (16-29 years) and among Oslo's population with an immigrant background. The business part is carried out as a separate survey, through email to companies in Oslo. The target is 600 respondents in organisations in Oslo with at least five employees, divided in the main categories service, trade and industry. The goal achievement has varied over the years and is this year located at 448 entities. The survey has been further developed over time, i.a. through adjustments in the method and question set-up, and it provides an important knowledge basis for the agency's work. See the annex for the entire description.
