Tender description
The Coombe Hospital invites proposals for the supply of multi functional printing devices (integrated copier, printers, scanning) and managed service of same (supply of toner, consumables, provision of support, call outs, parts and labour). The hospital is seeking options on both outright purchase, and lease options. Total costs will be evaluated on a cost-per-page basis over 60 months. The Contracting Authority envisages acquiring a number of devices initially, with additional devices being drawn down over the duration of the contract. The contract term will be 60 months initially.
