Für das Bauvorhaben Amtsgericht Heilbronn sind ca. 12.000 m² Wände und ca. 2656 m² Decken zu beschichten, inklusive der üblichen sonstigen Arbeiten. Außerdem sind ca. 50 St. Stahlblechtüren zu beschichten, 3 St. Treppenläufe einer Stahlwangentreppe, ca. 170 lfm Stabgeländer an verschiedenen Treppen 30 m Geländer am Treppenauge, ca. 100 m und mehrere sonstige Handläufe und Kleinteile aus Stahl. Zusätzlich müssen ca. 1.100 m² Boden neu beschichtet bzw. ca. 250 m² Bodenbeschichtung überarbeitet werden. Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen.
