Leistungen: 35x25m Wettkampfbad mit verstellbarem Boden (max. 2m Tiefe), Umkleiden mit Dampfbad/Sauna (425 qm), Pooldeck/Zuschauerbereich (476 qm), Rezeption/Büros (57 qm), Fitnessstudio (576 qm), Lager/Pumpräume (52 qm). Mezzanin: Multifunktions-Sportplatz (760 qm), Fitnessstudio (92 qm), Büros (54 qm), Sanitäranlagen/Pumpräume (389 qm). Untergeschoss: Pumpraum (495 qm). Erdgeschoss: Café (85 qm). Neue Zu- und Abfahrten von Altán Road, verbesserte Rad-/Fußwege, aktive Mobilitätswege von Millers Lane. Außenanlagen: Beschilderung, Beleuchtung, 89 Fahrradstellplätze, 75 PKW-Stellplätze, 2 Busstellplätze, 1 ESB-Unterstation, 1 Niederspannungsraum, 250 qm Photovoltaik sowie alle zugehörigen Erschließungsarbeiten.
