Vermietung der Liegenschaft Clayallee 135, 14195 Berlin, an das AlliiertenMuseum e.V. für Museum, Ausstellung, Büro, Depot und Lager. Die Liegenschaft umfasst das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude Outpost (1953, ehem. US-Truppenkino) und das Gebäude Nicholson (1978, ehem. Garnisonsbibliothek) sowie Freigelände. Es besteht umfassender Sanierungsbedarf. Ziel ist eine Machbarkeitsstudie zur Bestimmung des Sanierungsbedarfs für das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude, unter Berücksichtigung von Nutzerbedarf und zeitgemäßer Museumsnutzung, basierend auf dem Denkmalpflegeplan. Die Aufgabe umfasst die Leistung 'baulicher Berater' (Los 1). Parallel werden 'technischer Berater' (Los 2) und weitere Fachberater beauftragt. Los 1 und Los 2 sind voneinander abhängig; eine Aufhebung von Los 2 führt zur Aufhebung von Los 1.
