WSW Energie & Wasser AGWuppertalDeadline: Aug 20Im Zuge der Netzumstellung von Dampf auf Heizwasser in der Elberfelder Innenstadt plant die WSW Energie & Wasser AG (im nachfolgenden AG genannt) zusätzlich zur Verlegung einer neuen Fernwärmetrasse, auch andere Versorgungssparten, wie Gas, Wasser, Strom, Nachrichtentechnik und Regenwasserkanäle zu erneuern. Die Gesamtmaßnahme umfasst die gesamte Innenstadt von Elberfeld und ist in mehrere Abschnitte bzw. Baulose untergliedert. Die hier beschriebene Maßnahme wird als Baulos 3.2 bezeichnet. Die Kabelzugarbeiten für Strom und NT-Leitungen erfolgen durch den AG und sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Abstimmungen und Koordinierung zwischen dem AN und dem AG sind in die Preise des Leistungsverzeichnisses (LV) einzurechnen und zu berücksichtigen. Ferner sind sämtliche Leerrohre für die Nachrichtentechnik durch den AN zu verlegen. Die Oberflächen sind gemäß ZTV-A Wuppertal wiederherzustellen. Die gegenständliche Maßnahme (Baulos 3.2) beinhaltet die Verlegung der beschriebenen Versorgungssparten (FW, G, W, St, NT) im Trassenabschnitt - Wupperstraße & Hofkamp - vom Kreuzungsbereich der Wupperstraße / B7 bis zur Kreuzung Hofkamp / Morianstraße. Zudem werden die Versorgungssparten im Bereich der Wesendonkstraße nach Abschluss der Kanalmaßnahme neu verlegt. Die Kanalmaßnahmen umfassen zwei Abschnitte. Im ersten Abschnitt erfolgt der Kanalsanierung ausgehend von einem neu zu errichtenden Schachtbauwerk in der Kreuzung Wesendonkstraße / Hofaue, durch die Wesendonkstraße in Richtung Norden, über die Straße Kipdorf und eine Treppenanlage hinweg, über den Hofkamp bis zum Kreisverkehr Neuenteich. In diesem Bereich werden die beiden bestehenden Regenwasserkanäle in einem neuen Rechteckprofil vereint. Zudem ist eine Vergrößerung des Regenwasserkanals im Hofkamp zwischen Bemberg- und Wupperstraße Gegenstand von Baulos 3.2. Detailliertere Beschreibung siehe Anlage.
