Oberpfalz - KURegensburgDas medbo Bezirksklinikum Wöllershof wird aktuell durch ein externes Textilservice-Unternehmen an den Standorten Wöllershof (Störnstein) und Weiden versorgt und wird im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens den Dienstleistungspartner für die kommenden Jahre ermitteln. Mit diesem Dienstleistungspartner soll ab dem 1. September 2026 die externe Textilversorgung für die Kliniken und Funktionsbereiche des Auftraggebers beginnen. Das Vergabeverfahren beinhaltet für das Bezirksklinikum Wöllershof die dezentral angelieferte Textile Vollversorgung mit vorkommissionierten, qualitativ hochwertigen Textilien sowie die Befüllung und Entleerung des auftraggebereigenen Kleidermanagementsystems mit UHF-RFID-getagten Berufskleidungsartikeln sowie am Standort Weiden die dezentral angelieferte, vorkommissionierte Textilversorgung (siehe entsprechende Leistungsbeschreibung) mit qualitativ hochwertigen Textilien. Die Dienstleistung umfasst die Gestellung der in den Anlagen „Anforderungen an das Stationswäschesortiment und „Anforderungen an das Berufs- und Bereichskleidungssortiment“ aufgelisteten Textilien durch den Auftragnehmer, deren Wiederaufbereitung, die Ersatzbeschaffung, die Reparatur sowie die textile Logistik und Service- und Controlling Leistungen. Auch Organisationsleistungen wie die Ausrüstung der Berufskleidungsartikel mit UHF-RFID-Transpondern und der Datenaustausch mit dem auftraggebereigenen Berufskleiderausgabesystem sind wesentliche Bestandteile der textilen Vollversorgung. Die Dienstleistung umfasst demnach die bedarfsgerechte Versorgung mit auftragnehmereigener Stationswäsche und Berufsbekleidung sowie in geringem Umfang auch die Aufbereitung und den Transport von auftraggebereigenen Textilien der Standorte Wöllershof und Weiden.Servicekleidung für Wahlleistungsstationen für die Knappschaft Kliniken

Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Gestellung personalisierter Servicekleidung für Damen und Herren, deren Vermessung, Kennzeichnung mittels RFID-/Barcode, Reinigung, Desinfektion, Instandhaltung, Ersatzbeschaffung bei Verschleiß oder Schwund sowie die regelmäßige Lieferung, Abholung und Bestandsführung. Darüber hinaus sind ein bedarfsgerechtes Bestandsmanagement, ein zentrales Ansprechpartnerkonzept sowie die Bereitstellung regelmäßiger Verbrauchs- und Bestandsauswertungen Bestandteil der Leistung. Die Versorgung erfolgt kontinuierlich über die Vertragslaufzeit im Rahmen eines Mietwäschesystems für die angeschlossenen Einrichtungen der Knappschaft Kliniken.
