Beschafft wird ein hochgeschwindigkeitsfähiges Logik-Analyse-System einschließlich Softwarelizenzen, Zubehör sowie der zugehörigen Dienstleistungen (Lieferung, Inbetriebnahme, Funktionstest, Einweisung und Support) für das Institut für IT-Sicherheit der Universität zu Lübeck. Das System muss die vollständige Erfassung, Aufzeichnung (Recording) und Protokollanalyse von DDR5-Speicherbussen ermöglichen und für die Analyse weiterer Hochgeschwindigkeits-Datenbusse (z. B. GDDR6) geeignet sein. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere die State- und Timing-Analyse, die DDR5-Protokolldekodierung, Trigger- und Analysefunktionen, Software zur Auswertung der Messdaten sowie die Bereitstellung sämtlicher für den Betrieb erforderlichen Hardware-, Software- und Lizenzbestandteile. Institut für Oberflächen-und Schichttechnik GmbHKaiserslauternDeadline: Aug 17Ziel dieses Beschaffungsvorhabens ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie betriebsbereite Übergabe eines Dual-Beam-FIB/REM-Systems (Focused Ion Beam / Rasterelektronenmikroskop) einschließlich analytischer Detektorsysteme, Schulung und vollständiger Systemdokumentation. Das System dient primär der präzisen Probenpräparation (u.a. TEM-Lamellen, APT-Spitzen, Querschnitte und Defektfreilegungen) und sekundär der hochauflösenden bildgebenden, chemischen und strukturellen Charakterisierung (SEM, EDX, STEM, EBSD) im selben System. Das Gerät wird als zentrale Präparations- und Analyseplattform für wissenschaftliche Forschungsprojekte eingesetzt. Typische Anwendungen umfassen u. a. Batterie- und Elektrodenmaterialien, Wasserstoffspeichermaterialien, katalytische Schichten, Metalle/Legierungen, keramische Werkstoffe, Halbleiter, Beschichtungen und Multilayer-Systeme. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf: - reproduzierbarer, möglichst automatisierter TEM-Lamellen- und APT-Präparation (Lift-Out, Thinning, Polishing) - 3D-Analytik (Serienschliff/Tomographie) mit quantitativer Auswertung - hochaufgelöster Abbildung in verschiedenen SEM-Modi incl. Ioneninduzierter Sekundärionen sowie korrelierter Bildgebung während der Bearbeitung - chemischer Analytik mittels EDX und kristallographischer Analytik mittels EBSD Darüber hinaus ist eine strukturierte Erfassung und Exportfähigkeit von Messdaten und Metadaten in gängige, nicht-proprietäre Formate erforderlich, um Anforderungen an Nachvollziehbarkeit, Langzeitverfügbarkeit und Forschungsdatenmanagement (FAIR-Prinzipien) zu erfüllen. Das System muss die präzise Probenpräparation und -strukturierung mittels Ionenstrahl sowie die begleitende und nachfolgende Abbildung und Analytik mittels SEM und anderen Detektorsystemen ermöglichen. Ziel ist die reproduzierbare Präparation von Proben für TEM und APT sowie die Durchführung von 2D/3D-Analysen (Bildgebung (SE, STEM), EDX, EBSD) einschließlich vollständiger Dokumentation der Bearbeitungs- und Messparameter. Folgende Kernfunktionen sind zwingend bereitzustellen: 1. Materialabtrag/Strukturierung (manuell und automatisiert) mit definierbaren Pattern- und Rezeptfunktionen. 2. TEM-Lamellenpräparation inkl. In-situ Lift-Out, Thinning und abschließender Feinpolitur. 3. APT-Spitzenpräparation (Needle Milling) inkl. reproduzierbarer Geometrie. 4. Korrelierte Echtzeit-Bildgebung im SEM während der FIB-Bearbeitung (Navigation/Endpunktkontrolle). 5. Chemische Analytik mittels EDX sowie kristallographische Analytik mittels EBSD (Punkt, Linie, Mapping). 6. 3D-Workflows (Serienschliff/Tomographie) mit dokumentierter Rekonstruktion bzw. Export der Datensätze. 7. Bus Eireann/Irish BusDublinDeadline: Mar 31Bus Éireann intends to procure low emission coaches and schools buses, and where possible zero-emission coaches with low environmental impact in compliance with the latest EURO VI Regulation. The vehicles will comply, as appropriate, with the EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles and the European Communities (Clean and Energy Efficient Road Transport Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. To be considered for inclusion on a Qualification Panel(s), applicants must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) providing relevant details in relation to the criteria set out below for assessment. It is envisaged that this qualification system will be used to either purchase and or lease during the five-year term of the Qualification System. Economic operators apply once to qualify onto the panel by providing details of their financial and technical capacity against predefined published Selection Criteria within a PQQ. The Qualification Panel for the Purchase and or Lease of Buses and Coaches will be broken down in to sub categories called Lot 1 – Purchase of Buses and Coaches Expressway, and Lot 2 – Lease of Buses and Coaches Expressway, Lot 3 - Purchase of School Buses and Coaches, Lot 4 - Lease of School Buses and Coaches, Lot 5 - Purchase of single or double deck city bus type vehicles and Lot 6 - Lease of single or double deck city bus type vehicles. Economic operators can apply for the Lot(s) that best reflect their commercial operations. Economic operators must complete a PQQ for the Lot(s) that they wish to qualify to. Only economic operators who satisfy the selection criteria of each individual Lot will qualify on to that Lot. After the initial advertisement, the panel must be advertised annually for the duration of the panel (5 years) to continually inform the market place of its existence. Economic Operators can apply to qualify on to the panel, throughout the duration of the panel. Economic Operators who are already qualified to the panel can also amend their application at any interval should their financial or technical capacity or capability change. Qualifying onto a panel does not guarantee any work and/or contracts to a supplier. There is no obligation to use the Qualification Panel and contracts can be advertised on an individual basis using the Negotiated Procedure.
