Die Linsen müssen in kompakten Sets (bis zu 20 Linsen pro Halter) inklusive Diamant-Phasenkorrekturplatten zur Aberrationskorrektur geliefert werden. Inklusive Ausrichtungsmerkmalen und einer in ähnlicher Weise montierten Lochblende. Das Design ist für den platzsparenden Einbau nahe der Probenposition optimiert.
