Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Leitstellentechnik und Ausrüstung der Stabsstelle im Neubau der ILS Ortenau (Bauabschnitt 1, Ziel: 3. Quartal 2028) sowie die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Leitstellentechniken an einem georedundanten Standort im Ortenaukreis (Bauabschnitt 2, Ziel: 1. Quartal 2029). Die Leistung umfasst IT-Konzept (redundantes Serversystem, Virtualisierung, Speicher, Netzwerk, Firewall), Einsatzleittechnik (Einbindung bestehender Leitstellensoftware, Arbeitsplätze, Schnittstelle FNAS-ELS), Funk-Notruf-Abfrage-System (BOS-Digitalfunk, All-IP-Notruf, Antenneninstallation, Uhren), Dienstleistungen (Projektmanagement, Prüfungen, Schulungen, Wartung) sowie Technik für die Geo-Redundanzleitstelle und den Stabsbereich (Integration im IT-Konzept, Schnittstellen).
