Beschaffung und Wartung eines Kabelmesswagens inklusive fachgerechtem Fahrzeugausbau. Das Fahrzeug muss dem Stand der Technik entsprechen und Verfahren zur Kabel- und Mantelfehlervor- und nachortung, Kabeltrassierung, Isolations- und Hochspannungsprüfung, Tangens-Delta-Diagnose sowie Teilentladungs-Messungen für Energie-, Steuer- und Signalkabel bis 30 kV abdecken. Anwendbar auf Kunststoff- und papierisolierte Kabel sowie Mischstrecken gemäß DIN VDE 0276-620/621 und IEEE 400.2 2024.
