Lieferung einer Konfiguration von Röntgendetektoren für ein vorhandenes Raster-Elektronenmikroskop (Verios 5 UC). Mindestens ein Detektor flach, horizontal über dünnen, transparenten Probenschichten positionierbar für höchste Sensitivität bei Kohlenstoff, Sauerstoff, Stickstoff, Phosphor, Schwefel in biologischen Objekten (z.B. Nachweis von Phosphor in 70 nm dicken Schnitten unreifer Pockenviren bei max. 3 nA mit STEM-Detektor). Mindestens ein Detektor für bis zu 30 kV, Elemente von C bis U (Energieauflösung mind. 129 eV, Mn K-alpha). Nur Bruker Nano GmbH mit QUANTAX FlatQUAD erfüllt die Anforderungen; Vergabe gem. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2b) VgV.
