Ziel ist der Wandel vom klassischen Versorger zur technologiegetriebenen Partnerin für die Tiroler Energiewende. Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung (RV) mit einem Unternehmen abgeschlossen. In einem ersten Schritt werden drei modulare Leistungsbereiche beauftragt: Kommunikationsstrategie & Werbelinie, Corporate Design & Identity sowie Social Media – integriert in ein ganzheitliches Konzept. Weitere Module/Leistungen können bedarfsbezogen abgerufen werden. Geschätzter Wert: 5.600.000€ netto, Höchstwert: 28.000.000€ netto (jeweils 8 Jahre).
