Bereitstellung eines funktionsfähigen LCMS triple quad Systems für toxikologische Untersuchungen inklusive Installation und Training. Das LC-System verfügt über einen maximalen Betriebsdruck von 1.300 bar, einen binären Hochdruckgradienten mit dritter Pumpe, mindestens zwei Pumpen mit 4-fach Lösungsmittelauswahl, einen Autosampler (>150 Proben), einen Säulenofen mit mindestens sechs Säulenpositionen und einem Ventil für Online-SPE, sowie ein softwaresteuerbares Wasteventil. Das Massenspektrometer ist ein Triple-Quadrupol-System mit einer Scan-Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 30.000 U/s, >550 simultanen MRMs/Sekunde, einer ESI/APCI-Kombiquelle, einem Massenbereich von m/z 2–2.000 und einer minimalen Pause von ≤1 ms. Die Sensitivität beträgt für ESI positiv 1 pg Reserpin (S/N >2.000.000:1) und für ESI negativ 1 pg Chloramphenicol (S/N >2.000.000:1). Unterstützte Messmodi sind Q1/Q3 Scan, SIM und MRM. Die Vakuumpumpenkonfiguration zielt auf geringe Betriebskosten ab, und die Reinigung der Ioneneinheit muss für den Anwender einfach durchführbar sein.
