System muss Argon-Ionen-Dauerstrich-Laser (250-350mW, 488-514nm, TEM00, 0,7-0,8mm Durchmesser, <1mrad Divergenz, <30µrad Stabilität, >40mm Kohärenz, >100:1 Polarisationsverhältnis, <±1% Leistungsschwankung, <30min Aufwärmzeit, 230V) sowie Justier- und Schutzbrillen umfassen. Aufgrund technischer Einzigartigkeit (Modu-Laser Stellar-Pro-L ML/300) erfolgt die Vergabe als Verhandlungsvergabe ohne Wettbewerb gemäß UVgO § 8 (4) Nr. 6 an Modu-Laser (USA).
