Trinity College Dublin beauftragt den Lieferanten mit der Lieferung, Montage und Kalibrierung eines integrierten Controllers und Softwarepaketes für ein Echtzeit-Hybrid-Strukturtestsystem. Das System wird zur Untersuchung von Strukturen unter dynamischer Belastung verwendet. Der Controller und das Softwarepaket ersetzen antiquierte Komponenten in einem bestehenden Echtzeit-Hybrid-Testsystem. Das System verwendet einen 150kN-Aktuator, um Kraft und/oder Verformung auf Prüfkörper anzuwenden. Der hydraulische Antrieb wird durch einen luftgekühlten HPU mit einer Kapazität von 100lpm bereitgestellt. Das Testsystem besteht aus zwei Substrukturen, wobei eine Substruktur im Labor physisch getestet wird und die Antwort der anderen Substruktur mit computergestützten Methoden modelliert wird. Der neue Controller und das Softwarepaket ersetzen antiquierte Komponenten in einem bestehenden Echtzeit-Hybrid-Testsystem im TCD-Strukturerkundungs-Labor. Das System verwendet einen MTS 244.23 150kN-Aktuator, um Kraft und/oder Verformung auf Prüfkörper anzuwenden, wobei der hydraulische Antrieb durch einen MTS SilentFlo 515.3 HPU bereitgestellt wird.
