Der Landkreis Havelland als Auftraggeber errichtet derzeit am BahnTechnologie Campus Havelland (BTC Havelland) ein neues Bildungsgebäude "Bildungsakademie für Bahnberufe". Die Ausführung und das Standortmarketing obliegt der BahnTechnologie Campus Havelland GmbH (BTC Havelland GmbH) als Geschäftsbesorgerin des Landkreises. Damit soll eine zukunftsweisende Einrichtung für Aus- und Weiterbildung geschaffen werden. Zu dem Angebot der Bildungseinrichtung sollen Maßnahmen der ergänzenden praktischen Berufsausbildung, der Fort- und Weiterbildung und der Berufsvorbereitung gehören. Geplanter Betriebsstart der Bildungsakademie ist das III. Quartal 2027. Mit dem Lehrbetrieb der Bildungsakademie einschließlich Gebäudemanagement soll ein leistungsstarker Bildungsträger oder ein entsprechendes Konsortium im Wege einer Dienstleistungskonzession beauftragt werden. Hierfür wird mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ein Betreiber gesucht.
