Der Beschaffungsbedarf richtet sich auf ein Sequenziersystem für Forschungsanwendungen mit kleinen bis mittleren Probendurchsätzen. Für die Bedarfserfüllung sind insbesondere kurze Bearbeitungszeiten, einfache Bedienbarkeit, geringer Infrastrukturbedarf und wirtschaftlicher Betrieb bei kleinen Probenzahlen von Bedeutung.
