Tender description
Kragerø municipality shall construct a new central treatment facility that shall replace the five existing municipal treatment facilities. The shut-down installations are Helle, Kil, Kragerø, Kirkesund and Stabbestad. In addition to the closure of the five plants, the new facility shall have the capacity to receive sewage water from a further two private treatment facilities as well as for some further development. The new facility is planned with a capacity of 30,000 PE and it shall fulfil treatment requirements for phosphor removal, secondary purification and nitrogen purification. In addition space shall be set aside for quartz cleaning.

The aims in the project are as follows: Cleaner fjord systemLovlig system for sewage waterBærekraftig system for the futureIt new sewage treatment facility shall be built in rock and have sufficient treatment capacity to handle sewage water that shall be supplied from Sula municipality and Ålesund municipality. The facility is dimensioned for 69,000 person equivalents and it shall be designed as a secondary treatment facility. The new treatment facility shall replace seven existing treatment plants and some interceptors for sludge. The sewage water must therefore be pumped from the existing treatment plant to Kongshaugen via a comprehensive transfer system. The transfer facility will have approx. 34 km sewage pipelines and will contain 25 objects, including approx. 28 km submarine pipelines, 6 km pipelines over land, 3 valve houses/manholes and nine pump stations. The contract work for the construction of the transfer facility will be organised as nine parallel execution contracts. See Part A - General part for a more detailed description of the other contracts. The builder shall now enter into a contract with one contractor for the delivery of machinery and process 3 for the transfer facility (contract E64), as a part of the transfer facility to Kongshaugen reindeer installations. The builder will enter into a contract that builds on the contract standard "NS 8405:2008 Norwegian Building and Construction Contract" for the execution. VENNESLA KOMMUNEVenneslaThe Unit for Park and Technical is responsible for administering and developing the municipal water and sewage installations, the municipal roads, outdoor sports facilities and parks. The Municipal Engineering Operations Department has a modern machinery that will operate municipal roads, renovation of the pipeline network and the execution of major projects itself. ForsvarsmateriellOSLODeadline: Aug 21The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with a minimum of 1 and maximum of 2 tenderers, who shall cover the Norwegian Armed Forces need for O-rings, sealing and gaskets for use in maritime material. The equipment will mainly be procured for the Navy's vessels. The framework agreement will also include up to 50 hours annual consultancy and technical support. These hours shall be incorporated in the offered prices. The framework agreement will not include O-rings, sealing and gaskets where the Contracting Authority has an exclusive agreement with a system supplier. The tenderer is, as a main rule, obliged to deliver original o-rings, seals and gaskets in accordance with the original manufacturer and the original manufacturer ́s part number. FAGNE ASHAUGESUNDDeadline: Aug 20This procurement is for a turnkey contract for ground work and the construction of a new transformer station in Haugaland Næringspark. The project aims to ensure energy supply to the business park and facilitate planned industrial development in the area. In the long term the measure will also strengthen the security of supplies in Haugalandet and enable the connection of energy production from Tysvær wind power plant. The transformer station is planned to be erected with one station building and five transformer cells. This contract is for the ground work, as well as the construction of the station building and two of five transformer cells. The transformer station shall be certified in accordance with BREEAM-NOR v.6.0. The tenderer will be responsible for ensuring that the transformer station achieves BREEAM certification.In addition to the transformer station, the contract includes the establishment of a ground cable connection from the transformer station to the end mast (M22) on the aerial high voltage line connection between Klovning transformer station and Haugaland Næringspark, as well as cable trenches between Statnett ́s transformer station at Gismarvik and up to the station in Haugaland Næringspark etc., the Contracting Authority will choose at least two of the qualified tenderers to submit a tender, provided that there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers. There is no upper limit for the number of qualified tenderers who can be invited to submit a tender, and the contracting authority reserves the right to invite a selection or all of them. Any selection of tenderers who are invited to submit tenders will be made based on the selection criteria in the competition description point 3.5. After the tenders are received, the contracting authority plans to carry out negotiations with the tenderers. Any negotiations may be carried out in several rounds of negotiations, where the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated. A first reduction of the number of tenders can occur already before the negotiations, cf. the Utilities Regulations § 19-12 (4). Any reductions in the number of tenders will be made on the basis of the award criteria. The Contracting Authority is also subject to awarding the contract without negotiations.
