Art der Leistung Elektroarbeiten Umfang der Leistung Es handelt sich um eine Baumaßnahme an einem bestehenden Gebäude Baujahr 1994. Der Kitabetrieb ist für den Zeitraum der Baumaßnahme ausgelagert. Geplant ist die energetische Sanierung der Gebäudehülle. In diesem Zusammenhang werden Arbeiten an der Elektroinstallation notwendig, die sich in folgende Einzelmaßnahmen unterteilen: 1. Anpassung + Erweiterung Raffstoreanlage - Anpassung im EG - Erweiterung im OG - Anpassung im DG 2. Neuaufbau W-Lan Netz - Netzwerkschrank im KG - Leitungsnetz mit Datendosen im EG + OG 3. Umbau/Erweiterung der bestehenden Elektroanlage - Neuinstallation Klimagerät im DG - Erweiterung der Steckdosen in den Gruppenräumen - Anpassungen der elektr. Installation (Steckdosen) im Büro - Anpassungen im Zusammenhang der grundhaften Erneuerung der Bäder im EG 4. Blitzschutz - Neuaufbau der Blitzschutzanlage nach Erneuerung Dach + Fassade
