Der vorhandene Parkplatz besteht in Teilen aus einer abgängigen Asphaltdecke und unbefestigten Schotterflächen. Weitere Teile der Fläche sind Ruderalflächen mit niedrigem Bewuchs oder werden als Lager für den Bauhof genutzt. Die Zufahrt zu einem anliegenden Restaurant und zum Parkplatz ist eine abgängige Asphaltdecke. Die bisherige Entwässerung erfolgt über Straßenabläufe und einen Betonkanal DN 300. Der Kanal unterhalb des Parkplatzes wird vollständig erneuert und bestehende Anschlussleitungen werden übernommen. Zur Versickerung des Oberflächen Wasser sind Versickerungsmulden mit Notüberläufen innerhalb der Parkplatzflächen vorgesehen. Alle befestigten Flächen werden aus Betonsteinpflaster hergestellt, sowohl in der Zufahrt als auch in den Parkplatzflächen. Die Stellplätze werden mit versickerungsfähigem Rasenfugenpflaster ausgebaut. Es wird eine neue Beleuchtung ausgeschrieben und vorhandene Masten werden ersetzt. Die Ausführung ist schnellstmöglich nach der Auftragserteilung zu beginnen und spätestens in der 10. Kalenderwoche 2027 zu beenden. Umfang der Leistung vgl. Leistungsbeschreibung
