Rückbau veralteter Bauteile; Neuaufbau von Böden, Decken, Wänden, Türen. Neue stark beanspruchbare Beläge in Lehrsälen, Fluren, Sanitärräumen. Rückbau Doppelböden. Sanitärbereiche mit robusten Oberflächen und Trennwandsystemen. Innenwände neu/angepasst, statisch abgesichert. Deckenerneuerung mit Akustik- und Brandschutzeigenschaften. Fenster und Außentüren überarbeitet oder ersetzt. Feuerhemmende Fenster im Treppenhaus, moderne Rauchabzüge. Elektrischer Türöffner für Barrierefreiheit. Südseite Sonnenschutz. Umfangreicher Rückbau von Decken, Innenwänden, Türen, Bodenbelägen und Trennwandsystemen mit fachgerechter Entsorgung.
