Diese ist durchgehend im Konzern im Einsatz und beinhaltet auch das gesamte Abrechnungsumfeld. Den Berater im Umfeld IS-U mit Schwerpunkt Abrechnung zeichnen umfangreiche Kenntnisse zu den Prozessen der Ablesung, Abrechnung, Fakturierung sowie der gesamten Tarif- und Preisverwaltung aus. Dies gilt für die Sparten Strom, Gas, Wasser/Abwasser, Abfall und Wärme. Im Zuge des elektronischen Rechnungsdatenaustausches ist die österreichische IDEX-AT1 Lösung zu berücksichtigen. Die Anwendung der Wärme-Heizkostenabrechnung ist nach der aktuellen Vorgehensweise umzusetzen.
