NRK would like to establish a new parallel framework agreement for the hire of equipment and the procurement of services within lighting, sound and AV. One tenderer will be awarded the status of A-supplier. Other tenderers awarded the contract will be ranked in accordance with the evaluation criteria. NRK will hold mini competitions each year for the framework agreement for the award of productions with an estimated budget of more than NOK 1 million for the disciplines covered by the framework agreement. Framework Agreement for the supply of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Certificates
Under this framework agreement, the Contractor undertakes to deliver SAF Certificates pursuant to the technical specifications outlined in Annex 1. Besides the BBk, the institutions that are participating members of the Eurosystem Procurement Coordination Office (EPCO) hereinafter referred to as "PEMs" (participating EPCO members)) shall be entitled, pursuant to paragraph 2 "Opening clause for members of the Eurosystem Procurement Coordination Office (EPCO)" of this Framework Agreement, to procure the goods and services included in this framework agreement. To this end, the Lead Central Bank (BBk) shall conclude framework agreements with up to five (5) economic operators. In the event that the evaluation for the bids ranked 5th and following are identical, the number of contractors will be increased. Multiple framework contract for the supply of ICT equipment, spare parts, accessories and associated services
The aim of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a multiple framework supply contracts for the acquisition of ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services. The scope of this FWC is provisioning of the ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services except the mobile devices, mobile devices’ accessories and associated services. Detailed description of the scope and requirements regarding the services covered by this procurement procedure is presented in the attached Terms of Reference document (Annex II) and its appendices. The detailed list of products’ categories covered by this contract is presented in Annex II in the table “List of categories” in chapter 3.1. Frontex may ask in its requests for the specific offers for any ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services covered by the above-mentioned list of categories. Provision of the software licenses is out of the scope of the contract resulting from this procurement procedure unless it constitutes integral part or associated services of the ordered equipment. In accordance with Articles 2(63) and 165(1) and (2) of the Financial Regulation, the subject matter of this procurement is a supplies contract.
