Die Anwendung richtet sich an Verbraucher, Einkäufer, Händler und Politik. Sie umfasst die Entwicklung einer Software mit standardisierten Datenstrukturen, APIs und Kernfunktionalitäten, sowie die Integration von Tools für die Zielgruppen. Daten werden aus EPREL und weiteren Quellen (Web-Crawler, strukturierte Feeds) zusammengeführt. Ein integrierter Feedback-Kanal ermöglicht die Fehlermeldung durch Nutzer.
