Die gewünschten Spezifikationen sind: • Die Pumpen sollten aus einer integrierten Non-Evaporative-Getter-Pumpe (NEG) und einer Sputter-Ionenpumpe (SIP) bestehen. • Wir benötigen zwei Pumpengrößen: o Die Kleinere sollte folgende Specs erfüllen: Pumpgeschwindigkeit H₂ 290 l/s, H₂O 180 l/s, CO 140 l/s, N₂ 80 l/s; H₂- Aufnahmekapazität 1160 Torr·l. o Die größere sollte folgende Specs erfüllen: Pumpgeschwindigkeit H₂ 580 l/s, H₂O 440 l/s, CO 300 l/s, N₂ 180 l/s; H₂- Aufnahmekapazität 2880 Torr·l o Zudem sollten beide Pumpen UHV-tauglich, ölfrei, ohne bewegliche Teile und mit reduziertem Streufeld sein. Zudem sollten beide Pumpen eine integrierte Anzeige des Systemdrucks anzeigen können, beispielsweise über die Ionenpumpen-Stromversorgung.
