Rückbau: Vergrößerung einer Türöffnung, Ausglasen der Oberlichter, Schutz der Lüftungsinstallationen, Ausbau/Entsorgung der Teleskoptribüne und des gesamten Bodens, Entfernen der ca. 20cm dicken Bodenplatte, Ausschachten des Haldenmaterials bis zur Gründungssohle, ggf. Unterfangen der Streifenfundamente. Wiederaufbau: Einbau und Verdichtung eines Füllbodens, Aufbringen einer ca. 30cm starken Schotterschicht, Erstellung einer neuen gedämmten Bodenplatte (gemäß GEG), flächige Abdichtung, Aufbau eines neuen flächenelastischen Sporthallenbodens mit Linoleumbelag und Linierung. Zusätzlich: Austausch der Geräteraumtore, Neuaufbau der Tribüne und Prallwände, Installation der Sportgeräte (Tore, Bodenhülsen etc.).
