Wechselrichterscheinleistung: 130 kVA. Kapazität: 340 PV-Module (Ost-West). Montage/Inbetriebnahme voraussichtlich Sommer 2027. Komponenten sind auf dem Dach zu installieren; Kabelwege auf dem Dach sind vom Mieter herzustellen. Blitzschutz BSK III vorhanden. Zählerplatz im Hausanschlussraum vorgesehen.
