Beschaffung eines integrierten UHV-Clusters für gepulste Laserdeposition (PLD) und Sputterdeposition von Heterostrukturen aus Oxid- und Metallschichten auf Substraten bis 10x10 mm². Bestehend aus PLD-Kammer (KrF-Excimerlaser, in-situ Hochdruck-RHEED, epitaktisches Wachstum bis 1100°C), Sputterkammer (DC/RF Magnetronsputtern, reaktiv in Ar/O₂, Substratheizung ≥700°C, kompatibles Probenträgersystem), zentraler UHV-Transferkammer und Schleusenkammer. Alle Kammern mit Basisdrücken <1×10⁻⁷ mbar. Ermöglicht Probentransfer zu externem UHV-Transferkoffer und hat UHV-kompatible Erweiterungsports.
