Tender description
IDA currently obtains field valuations annually from two appointed Valuers for a selected 30 IDA Business Park. Valuations are to be based on Open Market Value (OMV) as defined in the latest edition of the Red Book — the RICS Valuation, Global Standards. However, other equivalent standards for valuation will also be acceptable for the term of the Agreements. Initially, each Valuer will undertake an identical schedule of 30 field-based valuations and the price of land per hectare will be calculated based on the mean value. Thereafter at each valuation point at 6-month intervals, a selection of 9 sites will be selected by IDA for field valuation with the remainder for desk valuation throughout the life of the contract.

Nanomaterial Risk Assessment: Refining and Validating Acceptable Variation in Nanoform Characterisers
The contract is meant to follow up to on previous project “Nanomaterial Risk Assessment: A regulatory way forward for sameness and grouping approaches” contracted in 2023. In the previous contract, a framework was developed to assess the acceptable variation within each characteriser of a Nanoform. That project aimed at exploring ways to simplify nanoforms registration process and, ultimately, its’ associated testing burden. As an outcome, a series of binary decision trees and respective variability threshold were produced, covering each mandatory characteriser. The framework was developed based on a limited set of information covering metallic and carbon-based nanomaterials. The present contract aims at refining the threshold values pre-established and validating it with additional data sets, covering a wider range of chemical types. This Tender is to establish a Single Supplier Framework of MEP Led Design Team for Small and Minor Process Works Projects at Tyndall National Institute, UCC to whom specific tasks will be awarded on an exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement, a copy of which will be issued with the tender documents. Pigging Services 2026-2027 for Gastransmission and Gas Storage Denmark - 26/00355
The Contracting Authority wants to purchase Pigging Services of natural gas pipelines including cleaning and intelligent pig surveys for the specified pipelines to provide recording of areas with loss of wall thickness caused either by corrosion or any other cause. The tender is divided into the following lots: • Lot 1: Pigging Services 2026-2027 for Gastransmission A/S. • Lot 2: Pigging Services 2026-2027 for Gas Storage Denmark A/S The total value of bot lots is expected to amount to 1.340.000 EUR: The Supplier must perform in-line service comprising of a cleaning and gauging survey, and a subsequent in-line inspection. The cleaning and gauging survey must clean and identify any obstructions in the pipeline in advance of the in-line inspection. The in-line inspection must log the geometry and condition of the pipeline. The in-line inspection must be performed by a single combined tool capable of logging both pipe geometry and anomalies (e.g. metal loss): •Determine significant corrosion features, with an accuracy < 0.5mm at POD > 90%. •Identifying features within the pipe wall. •Being performed in gas medium to limit the impact on operation during the inspection. Lot 2: Pigging Services 2026-2027 for Gas Storage Denmark A/S. Expected value: 805.000 EUR. Lot 2 applies to the following number of lines at the gas storage in Stenlille: 3.With MFL technology or alternatives/new technology: -Well Site B to Central Plant: 1 pipeline 12” (1.6 km) -Well Site D to Central Plant: 1 pipeline 12” (2.4 km) 4.With UT technology: -Well Site A & B: 8 x pipelines 6” (in average 60 m each) See Appendix 2: Scope of Works LOT 2, for further information. The initially planned period of execution of pigging operations at Stenlille Gas Storage is May-June 2026. The number and scope of runs will be determined after entry of contract. But initially Gas Storage Denmark is planning to pig 4 x 6” pipelines in the 2026-campaign and 4 x 6” and 2 x 12” pipelines in the 2027-campaign. The intelligent pig survey will be performed at the Stenlille Gas Storage site. The tendered contracts have a duration from signing of the individual contract for each Lot until 31 December 2028 as the final date of completion of the Services under the specific contract. P1223 - Navigation training vessels - Pre-Qualification Phase
This procurement covers the design, construction and delivery of two identical training vessels, with an option for two additional vessels (1+1) , to the Norwegian Armed Forces. The vessels shall be used for education and training in military practical navigation, in order to ensure that the required competence of future navigators in the Royal Norwegian Navy is maintained and further developed. The training concept is based on a recurring cycle of theoretical instruction, simulator training and practical navigation. The main teaching platform is the navigation system, which must be as close to identical as possible in the simulator and on board the vessels. In this context, the training vessels serve as a platform for bringing the navigation system to sea. The vessels shall be modern, reliable and representative of current standards, with primary emphasis on safe navigation, energy-efficient operation and pedagogical suitability. The vessels shall be built in accordance with civil (DNV) class. They shall be serially built, with a high degree of standardised civil components and subsystems, in order to ensure effective competition and keep operating costs at a low level. Each vessel shall have a length of less than 24 metres, be capable of achieving a minimum speed of 18 knobs, and have a total installed engine power of less than 750 kW. The National Treasury Management Agency (describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency) (“NDFA”), as agent for and on behalf Dublin City Council (“DCC”) and Kildare County Council (“KCC”) gives notice of its intention to award a contract(s) for the services to support the construction stage of the Project Barrow Social Housing Design and Build Contract (“Project Barrow”). Framework agreement contracts - Welding and muffing district heating
The procurement is for a framework agreement for contract work in the form of welding and muffing of district heating pipes (fv-pipes). As a part of district heating development, the contracting authority has, in periods, a need for extra capacity. Typical work assignments that are included in this contract (not exhaustively, other assignments can occur): · Welding on county road pipes in the dimensions up to and including DN250 · Muffing on county road pipes in dimensions up to and including Ø 450 mm. The work place will be on the Contracting Authority's projects/sites in Nord-Jæren. Most of the contracting authority ́s district heating installations are located in Stavanger, Sandnes and Sola municipalities. The work will mainly take place outside in ditches in urban areas. Project work connected to district heating will mainly be carried out by the Contracting Authority's own installers/welders. The Contracting Authority can, however, use the Supplier for welding and movable work on district heating pipes at periods with many assignments and high activity. When working in ditches that can contain a lot of existing infrastructure, it can often be challenging to plan progress in a structured and rational way. The contracting authority intends to procure a comprehensive, digital system for the management of property taxes and municipal fees. The procurement is for the systems Comtek eSkatt and Komtek eGebyr. Komtek eSkatt is a trade system that supports the entire process for property taxes, including valuation, case handling, committee processing, publication of decisions and communication with residents. The system automates central work processes and updates the ongoing valuation basis based on, among other things, changes in the land register and retrieval of the wealth basis from the Norwegian Tax Administration. Komtek eGebyr is a joint fee module that connects property, owner, trade data and fee regulates. The system automatically calculates and updates fees based on changes in the trade data, and produces the completed invoice basis for the municipality ́s finance system. This ensures correct fee calculations, better control and reduced need for post-inspections. The systems are closely integrated and together constitute a complete platform for handling property taxes and municipal property fees. Comtek eSkatt presupposes the use of Comtek eGebyr and the systems are designed to function together as one connected system for case handling, fee calculations and invoicing.
