Impact evaluations assess the change achieved by PEACEPLUS regarding each of the Programme’s objectives. They will evaluate the extent to which observed changes can be attributed to the Programme and which factors influenced achievement. Impact evaluations will also gather richer data on projects’ achievements and effects than can be captured through the monitoring system alone. In line with the Evaluation Plan for the PEACEPLUS Programme, the SEUPB seeks to appoint a service provider(s) to carry out multiple evaluations. There are 13 evaluations in total that will be go out in 3 batches.
