Beschafft werden sollen moderne Laptops und/oder iPads, welche den aktuellen technischen Standards entsprechen und einen zuverlässigen Einsatz im Schulalltag gewährleisten.Interlaken bemüht sich um Nachhaltigkeit. Deshalb werden in dieser Ausschreibung zwei Kategorien von Geräte-Zuständen geprüft:NeugeräteRemarketing-GeräteDabei stehen insbesondere eine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit, eine ausreichende Leistungsfähigkeit für schulische Anwendungen sowie eine langfristige und wirtschaftliche Nutzung im Vordergrund. Der definitive Entscheid, welche Geräte angeschafft werden, wird erst nach der Evaluation dieser Ausschreibung gefällt.Ausserdem wird in einem weiteren Los (optionale Leistungen) die Wartung, der Support und das Aufsetzen der beschafften Geräte ausgeschrieben.

KSM Kommunalservice Mecklenburg AöRN/AGegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von Produkten des Herstellers Apple, u. a. tragbare Systeme (iPad etc.), Arbeitsplatzrechner (Mac mini etc.), Peripherie und Systemzubehör, für den Einsatz in Bildungseinrichtungen unter der Maßgabe der Erweiterung der bestehenden Apple-Infrastruktur. Die Anforderungen an die Dienstleistungen, Schulungen und Lizenzen für das Mobile Device Management sind im Preisblatt ersichtlich und stellen die Anforderung an die Leistung da. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Ausschreibung beabsichtigen die KSM sowie die IKT-Ost eine Rahmenvereinbarung für den Kauf von Apple-Produkten, Apple-Systemen, Zubehör, Dienstleistungen sowie Mobile Device Management Lizenzen abzuschließen. Gelegentliche gemeinsame Auftragsvergabe nach § 4 VgV. Die Apple-Produkte werden aus pädagogisch-didaktischen Gründen für den Unterricht benötigt. Alternative Modelle können in diesem Fall nicht akzeptiert werden. Alle Apple-Produkte müssen in das Apple Device Enrollment (ADE) des jeweiligen Auftraggebers aufgenommen werden. Der Auftraggeber teilt seine Apple School Manager Account-ID dem Auftragnehmer nach Zuschlagserteilung mit. Sofern Geräte in ein anderes ADE aufgenommen werden sollen, ist dies vom Auftraggeber in der Bestellung zu vermerken.
