Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Standardumzug von Büromobiliar und Akten im Rahmen der Verlagerung der Hochschule Mainz vom Standort Holzstraße 36 in den Neubau Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße 2 (2. BA). Insgesamt sind ca. 4.231 Umzugsgüter mit einem Umzugsvolumen von ca. 1.912 m³ (davon ca. 1.771 m³ Mobiliar und ca. 141 m³ Kartonagen) zu transportieren. Außerdem sind insgesamt 196 IT-/TK-Arbeitsplätze umzuziehen. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt den Abtransport und die fachgerechte Entsorgung sämtlicher im Mengengerüst mit dem Kennzeichen "2 = Entsorgung" versehenen Gegenstände. Die Entsorgung hat entsprechend den einschlägigen abfallrechtlichen Vorschriften zu erfolgen. Sämtliche Entsorgungs-, Transport-, Verwertungs- und Deponiekosten sind mit den Angebotspreisen abgegolten. Auf Verlangen des Auftraggebers sind geeignete Entsorgungsnachweise vorzulegen.
