Umfang: Verlagerung der Bushaltestelle, grundhafter Neubau der maroden Fahrbahndecke, Steigerung der Attraktivität und Funktionserfüllung. Ziel ist der Erhalt von Stellplätzen und der multifunktionalen Nutzbarkeit für Veranstaltungen. Anrechenbare Kosten gemäß HOAI 2021 werden auf ca. 1.758.000 Euro geschätzt. Grundlage ist die Rahmenplanung Ortsmitte.
