Sanitär: Edelstahlrohre DN15-32 (225m, 24m, 45m, 75m), 112 Durchlauferhitzer, 224 Strangabsperrventile DN15-32, 224 Entleerungsventile DN15-20, Dämmung mit PVC-Ummantelung für Rohre, Reinigung Perlatoren, 224 Strahlregler. Heizung: 1 Fernwärmestation 274kW, Druckhaltung mit Kompressor und 300L-Basisgefäß, Nachspeisung, Enthärtungsarmatur, Heizungs-Doppelpumpe, 224 Kompaktheizkörper, 112 Röhrenradiatoren, 336 Thermostatköpfe, Vorbereitung HK-Anschlussleitungen, 1 Heizmobil als Übergangsversorgung für 60 Tage inkl. kompletter Versorgung.
