Es entstehen Laborräume, Büroflächen, Besprechungs- und Vortragsräume und Nebenräume. Das Leistungsverzeichnis der Hebebühne umfasst: 1 Unterfluraufzug als Hebebühne 10 t Wesentliche Arbeiten: - 1x Unterfluraufzug als Hebebühne, Nutzlast 10 t, Förderhöhe 13,40 m - 3x steuerungstechnische Anbindung Schachtzugangstüren mit Brandschutzvorhang - Oberer Schachtabschluss als Baldachin für bauseitige extensive Bepflanzung
