Der Auftrag umfasst die Erneuerung des Heizungssystems an der St. Mary's National School in Drung, Co. Cavan. Dazu gehören die Entfernung und Entsorgung des alten Heizkessels, der Rohrleitungen, Pumpe und Steuerung sowie die Installation eines neuen Heizraums. Ein neuer Building Energy Monitoring System (BEMS) soll das Heizsystem steuern und den Brennstoffverbrauch überwachen. Des Weiteren werden die bestehenden Heizrohrleitungen und Radiatoren ersetzt. Der bestehende Ölbehälter wird durch einen neuen LPG-Tank auf einem Betonsockel mit Sicherheitskäfig ersetzt. Ein neuer Gasleitungsanschluss vom Tank zum Heizhaus wird installiert. Zudem werden elektrische Arbeiten durchgeführt, einschließlich der Verkabelung von Anlagen, Ventilen und Sensoren vom neuen MCC-Steckpaneel.
