Installation einer reversiblen Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe (R290) im Außenbereich mit Pufferspeicher und Heizungsverteiler im Dachgeschoss. Das Wärmeverteilnetz wird in Edelstahl ausgeführt und gemäß GEG gedämmt. Als Heizflächen dienen Deckenstrahlplatten mit Zonenventilen sowie Gliederheizkörper mit elektrischen Thermostatventilen zur Einzelraumregelung. Inklusive Verlegung der Versorgungsleitungen im Erdreich und Schacht.
