An-/Umbau der Grundschule Steinhude zu einer offenen Ganztagsschule. Für den Neubau des Bauteils C wird eine reversible Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe (R290 Propan) installiert. Diese steht im Außenbereich an der Westseite. Eine neue Heizzentrale im Dachgeschoss des Gebäudes C enthält das Pumpenmodul, Pufferspeicher und Heizungsverteiler mit Regelgruppen. Das Wärmeverteilnetz wird aus Edelstahlrohren verlegt und nach GEG gedämmt. Als Heizflächen dienen vorrangig Deckenstrahlplatten mit Zonenventilen zur Einzelraumregelung. In Nebenräumen werden Gliederheizkörper mit elektrischen Thermostatventilen eingesetzt. Die Versorgungsleitungen der Wärmepumpe verlaufen im Rohrgraben bis zur Technikzentrale.
