Die Nettogrundrissfläche des Bestandgebäudes mit Anbau beträgt ca. 1.300 m². Herzustellen ist ein Anbau mit Mensa / Küchenbereich und Nebenräumen, Verwaltungstrakt und Abstellräume im EG, 2 Klassenräume mit Multifunktionsraum und WC-Bereich im OG, sowie die notwendigen Verkehrsflächen. Die vorhandene Pausenhalle und ein Treppenhaus im Bestandsgebäude sollen die Anbindungsbereiche bilden.
