Umfang: Straßenbau (ca. 5200 m² Asphaltfläche, 2400 m³ Tragschicht, 1550 m³ Bodenaufnahme), Einbau von Sickerrohrleitung (550 m) und 29 Tagewassereinläufen. Asphaltbefestigung (ca. 3200 m² 14+4 cm, ca. 200 m² 8+3 cm), 1500 m Fugen, 1500 m² Betonsteinpflaster, 200 m² Natursteinpflaster, 110 m Streifen, 1000 m Natursteinbordüren, 560 m Betonbordüren. Straßenbeleuchtung (21 St.), 21 barrierefreie Fußgängerüberwege. Kanalbau: ca. 160 m DN400, 100 m DN300, 70 m DN200, 52 m Schlauchliner DN300, 14 St. Schächte, 25 St. Umbindungen. Trinkwasserleitung: ca. 3 m DN180, 135 m DN125, 95 m DN90, 16 m DN63, 54 m Rohrstranglining DN63, ca. 50-60 m Hausanschlussleitungen, ca. 230 m Trinkwasserprovisorium, 3-7 St. Auswechslung/ Umbindung Hausanschlussleitungen.
