Los 3 - Brücke Bau einer kleinen Geh- und Radwegbrücke über den südlichen Grabenzulauf (Graben 25) des Ellernholzteichs: - Die Brücke ist als neuer Bestandteil des Teichrundwegs geplant und soll einen Lückenschluss bilden. - Das Bauwerk soll 10,00 m lang und 2,50 m breit sein bei geringer Belastungsklasse. - Stahlbauweise. Widerlager Beton. - Die Leistung umfasst das Liefern und den Einbau der Brücke inkl. aller begleitenden Tiefbauarbeiten. - Die Brücke kann als individuelle Baukonstruktion gemäß LV-Positionen oder als Fertigteilbrücke (ggf. durch ein Nebenangebot) angeboten werden. - Die Baufläche am Rundweg Ellernholzteich liegt nahe an der Verlängerten Scharnhorststraße und ist bautechnisch gut erreichbar.
