Das Flachdach (Theoriegebäude) mit Lichtkuppeln und PV-Anlage wird erneuert; die wassergeschädigten Sheddächer der Werkstattbereiche werden durch ein Flachdach mit PV und Oberlichtern ersetzt. Im Innenbereich erfolgt Schadstoffsanierung, Brandschutz und Erneuerung der Elektrotechnik inkl. EDV-Verkabelung, LED-Beleuchtung und KNX-Steuerung.
