Die Verbandsgemeinde Pirmasens-Land vergibt Leistungen zur technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (§ 73 VgV) für die Generalsanierung der Heinrich-Weber-Schule in Lemberg. Umfang: Leistungsphasen 1-9 gem. HOAI 2021, in Anlehnung an eine Machbarkeitsstudie und unter Berücksichtigung der Schulbaurichtlinie Rheinland-Pfalz. Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise: Zunächst Bearbeitungsstufe I (LP 1-4), Erweiterung um Stufe II (LP 5-9) bei Fördermittelbewilligung. Kein Rechtsanspruch auf die zweite Stufe.
