Generalplanung (Objektplanung Gebäude, Fachplanung Verfahrens-/Anlagentechnik, Technische Ausrüstung, Elektro-, MSR- und Leittechnik, Tragwerksplanung, Freianlagen) für den Neubau einer kombinierten BHKW-/Wärmepumpenanlage mit ca. 14 MW elektrischer und ca. 17,5 MW thermischer Gesamtleistung, Wärmespeicher 2.000 m³, Heizhaus und Nebenanlagen; Leistungsphasen 1-9 HOAI (Leistungsphasen 1-4 als Grundbeauftragung mit Vertragsschluss; Leistungsphasen 5-8 sowie Abnahme- und Gewährleistungsphase als Bedarfspositionen mit stufenweisem Abruf) zzgl. optionaler Planungsleistungen (Stromspeicher, Power-to-Heat, BEW-Antragsunterlagen). Die Planung hat die Anforderungen der Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW) zu erfüllen ("förderoffene" Planung). Für das Vorhaben liegt ein Auktionszuschlag nach § 8a KWKG (Januar 2026) vor; Ziel ist die kommerzielle Inbetriebnahme der Erzeugungsanlage zur Mitte des Jahres 2028; die daraus folgenden Terminanforderungen sind bei der Leistungserbringung zu berücksichtigen.
