Als einer der größten Informations- und Kultureinrichtungen Berlins achtet die Zentral- und Landesbibliothek Berlin (ZLB) in jedem Bereich auf einen niederschwelligen Zugang für alle Ebenen der Stadtgesellschaft. Dazu gehört u.a. auch das Angebot der Bar- und Kartenzahlung an Geldautomaten und Kopiergeräten. Die Zentral- und Landesbibliothek ist aufgeteilt auf zwei Standorte: die Berliner Stadtbibliothek (BStB) in Berlin-Mitte und die Amerika-Gedenkbibliothek (AGB) in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Ausgeschrieben werden die Leerung und Befüllung mit Wechselgeld der beiden Kassenautomaten (jeweils ein Automat am Standort BStB und am Standort AGB) und die Leerung der beiden Münzkopierer (hier erfolgt keine Befüllung, jeweils ein Münzkopierer am Standort BStB und am Standort AGB) und zusätzlich bei Bedarf und nach Absprache mit der Zahlstelle der Auftraggeberin der mobile Abtransport von Bargeld.
