Gebäudeautomation nach DIN 18386, Mess- Steuer- und Regeltechnik. Umfang: Inhalt der Ausschreibung, Projektierung, Programmierung, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der MSR Technik. BACnet-fähige Automatinssystem mit ASP Schwerpunkt zur Steuerung, Regelung und Überwachung der TGA-HLSE. Bereitstellung u. Integration ca. 110 Ein-Ausgabefunktionen, sowie 70 Ein-Ausgabefunktionen im ASi System. Die Automationslösung ist für die spätere BACnet IP Aufschaltung auf eine noch nichct vorhandene Management und Bedieneinrichtung vorzubereiten. Gesicherter Fernzugriff ist für den Betreiber einzurichten. Weiterhin Lieferung und Montage von ca. 65 Feldgeräten (Sensorik&Aktorik) der Automationskompnenten, sowie Lieferung Verlegung von ca. 5.100 m Kabel und Leitungen incl. der Kabeltragsysteme im Gebäude KG und EG.
